"sir, how long did it take for you to decide?"
18 months...

this was a question i posted to my boss in his farewell dinner party.
yes, after 14 yrs with the company, he has decided to leave.
leave to finally pursue his interests, elsewhere.

like him, i have been contemplating for the longest time now.
i even had the opportunity to finally make that switch but for
a few major reasons, i did not (yet) take the plunge.

for someone like me who values loyalty most of all,
it is in fact very hard to throw 11 long years of trying to
build a company which i had hoped i can say with conviction,
"i helped build that one".

i know sir fred can rightfully say this though.
for your foresight, your far-reaching ideas,
